Представлена концепция нулевого фитонного вакуума и обосновано на новом уровне рождение всего сущего из абсолютного «Ничто», которое определено как начало мироздания, в котором каждой рождающейся паре фитонов уже соответствует правый и левый мир. Показана эволюция нашей Вселенной в планковской ячейке и «размножение» планковских ячеек, в каждой из которых учтен свой вариант эволюции Вселенной. Представлено понятие многообразия Вартанян и описывающего его поля Ф Вартанян, в которые погружена определенная по-новому мультивселенная. Введено фундаментальное определение среднего плоского П-В, в котором отсутствуют источники гравитационного поля, искривляющие метрику, а также источники всех остальных полей, с возможным наличием только бессиловых фантомных торсионных полей, переносящих лишь информацию; показана геометрия среднего плоского П-В. Дано полное определение планковских ячеек, описано формирование поколений планковских ячеек, которое заканчивается в момент образования фридмонов - планковских чёрных дыр (ЧД), связывающих два поколения их горловинами. Указано, что каждый планковский миг наша Вселенная расщепляется на N-подобных Вселенных и получено значение N. Таким образом введена новая теория параллельных миров и предложена модель Гиперэволюции Вселенной Вартанян. Расширена физика правого и левого мира и их связи при дуальном рассмотрении пространства и времени нашей Вселенной (Антивселенной), их мировых линий и разработаны некоторые закономерности: закон удвоения Вартанян, запрет Вартанян, понятие треугольника Вартанян.

Определено понятие «течения времени», направление которого в правом мире обусловлено постоянным обновлением края многообразия (нашего будущего) в рамках нулевого фитонного вакуума по временным измерениям. В левом мире течение времени обусловлено постоянным уничтожением прошлого. По-новому определен вакуум, в частности вакуум инфляционной (раздувающейся) Вселенной. Введено понятие эквивалентного вакуума. Уточнено значение и свойства виртуальных частиц, отвечающих Стандартной модели. Проведены новые разработки в физике ЧД (а также горловин), как в правом (коллапс материи), так и в левом мире (рождение материи под горизонтом событий). Показано, что в центре ЧД количество правой материи равно количеству левой материи. Рассмотрены топология ЧД и её планковского остатка, а также скорости движения ЧД. Обсуждены с новых позиций проблемы космологии и астрофизики. Доказана максимальная симметрия взаимодействий - Великое Объединение (ТВО), т.е. сформулирован отказ от Суперобъединения.

UNIFIED NONLOCAL GRAVITATION THEORY

We present a concept of the zero fiton vacuum and demonstrated at a new level the birth of all and everything from the absolute "Nothing", which is defined as the beginning of the universe, in which the right-handed and the left-handed universes already correspond to each pair of nascent fitons. The evolution of our universe in the Planck cell and "reproduction" of Planck cells (each of them presenting their own variant of evolution of the universe) is shown. The concept of Vartanian’s diversity and Vartanian’s field Φ, describing the diversity (in which a newly defined multiverse immerses) is presented. We introduce a fundamental definition of the average flat S-T, containing no sources of the gravitational field, distorting the metric, as well as sources of all other fields with a possible presence of forceless phantom torsion fields alone, carrying nothing but information; the geometry of average flat S-T is shown. A complete definition of the Planck cells is presented, the formation of their generations is described, which ends when the fridmons appear – Planck's black holes (BH), linking their two generations by their necks. It is indicated that at each Planck’s moment our universe is splitting into N-like universes and the value N is obtained. Thus, a new theory of parallel universes is introduced and a model of Hyperevolution of Vartanian's Universe is proposed. The physics of the right-handed and the left-handed universes, as well as their relationship with the dual consideration of space and time of our universe (Antiuniverse) and their universe lines are extended; and also several tendencies are elaborated: Vartanian's doubling law, Vartanian's ban, Vartanian's triangle concept. We define the concept of the "flow of time", the direction of which in the right-handed universe is subject to the permanent renovation of the edge of manifold (our future) in the framework of the zero fiton vacuum at time measurements. In the left-handed universe the flow of time is subject to the permanent destruction of the past. The term vacuum (in particularly, the vacuum of the inflatory universe) is defined in a new way. The concept of equivalent vacuum is introduced. The meaning and properties of virtual particles that comply with the Standard Model are defined in more details. New developments in the physics of the black holes (and the necks), both in the right-handed (the collapse of the matter), and the left-handed universe (the creation of the matter under the event horizon) are carried out. It is shown that in the center of the black hole, the amount of the right-handed matter is equal to the amount of the left-handed matter. The topology of the black hole and its Planck's remaining, as well as the speed of the movement of black hole are considered. The problems of the cosmology and the astrophysics are discussed from a new point of view. The maximum symmetry of interactions – Grand Unification (GUT) – is proven, i.e. we conceive the renunciation of the Superunification.
